What the Wholesale Program Includes
Our wholesale program is designed for businesses that serve or sell coffee and want a roasting partner they can count on. That includes:
- Specialty coffee, freshly roasted in Long Island City. Every order ships within days of roasting. You're not getting stale coffee that sat in a warehouse.
- A full range of products. Signature blends, rotating single origins, espresso-specific roasts, and filter-specific offerings. Something for every service style and every palate.
- Dedicated account contact. You don't get a ticketing system. You get a person.
- Training. Training is available at our Long Island City facility. Talk with our team about your staff and equipment needs; training is not a pricing-tier perk.
- Menu price calculator. Wholesale clients can compare drink prices and margins using their account’s coffee pricing and ingredient costs, including dairy and non-dairy options.
- Coffee dial-in navigator. Record your machine and grinder in your account to see recommended dial-in specs when your equipment model is in Birch’s library.
- Custom label options. White label and custom-branded offerings are separate services to discuss with our team, not automatic benefits of a coffee pricing tier.
Who Our Wholesale Program Is For
Independent cafés. You want excellent coffee from a roaster who will actually pick up the phone. Our program is built around real relationships, not a portal and an auto-ship.
Multi-location café groups. You need consistency across locations. We have the infrastructure to deliver that — our quality control processes were built managing consistency across 13 of our own locations.
Restaurants. Coffee is often the last thing a restaurant thinks about and the last impression it leaves. We help restaurants build coffee programs that match the quality of the rest of their menu.
Hotels and hospitality groups. F&B directors at hotels need reliability, consistency, and a brand story that fits their property's positioning. We work with hospitality groups to develop coffee programs that feel considered.
Offices and corporate accounts. We have a corporate coffee program for offices that want quality beyond the pod machine. Recurring delivery, clean billing, and the option for branded packaging.
Grocery and specialty retail. If you carry specialty food products, Birch is the kind of coffee that belongs on those shelves.

Coffee tiers are reviewed on the 1st of each month based on your previous calendar month of orders. Birch can set and lock your account’s pricing tier. No order minimum.
Cold brew has separate case-based tiers: Standard, under 5 cases, no discount; Volume, 5–9 cases, 5% off; Partner, 10+ cases, 7% off. Coffee-pound discounts do not apply to cold brew.
These are coffee pricing tiers, not service packages. The menu price calculator and equipment-based coffee dial-in navigator are wholesale client resources, not higher-tier exclusives. Custom labeling and roast development are separate conversations with our team.

We don't believe in signing you up and disappearing. The first conversation is about understanding what you actually need.
