Quotes and pricing
Quotes, sample packs and pricing shown on the site are for business customers, are not an offer to sell, and may change. Wholesale pricing and terms are confirmed in writing when your account is approved.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. Information you provide must be accurate. We may suspend accounts that are misused.
Orders
Orders placed through the portal are requests until confirmed by our team. Payment, delivery and credit terms are those in your approved wholesale agreement.
Content
Site content, logos and materials (including training manuals and specs) belong to Birch Coffee or its partners and may be used only for your own business in connection with Birch products.
Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Birch Coffee is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
